We’ll be heading to Oastbrook (one of our Founding Partners) for a springtime afternoon of sabrage and sparkling wine. You’ll meet estate founders, owners, and winemakers Nick and America Brewer, and learn about their story so far, their range of award-winning wines, and their commitment to sustainability. We’ll have a tour of the vineyard, then a wine tasting with platters of delicious local cheeses and charcuterie; after this, we’ll spend the afternoon finishing off the wine, and perhaps buying a few more bottles for some extra sabrage practice…

Getting to Oastbrook

From London Bridge, it’s an hourly direct, 70-minute train to Robertsbridge (we’d recommend the 11:54), then it’s an eight-minute cab* to the winery. There are several taxi companies, e.g.:
