🗡️ Cellar Table with Dermot Sugrue & Mark Hix @ Sugrue South Downs

It is highly likely that neither of these luminaries needs any introduction, but if you are unfamiliar with master winemaker (and Silver Sword Founding Partner) Dermot Sugrue, you can learn more him here, and if you’d like to learn more about legendary chef and food writer Mark Hix, you can do so here.
Suffice it to say that we are extremely honoured to, and deliriously excited, to announce that Mark will be cooking a mouth-watering seasonal banquet for us, while Dermot tells us some of the Sugrue South Downs story and walks us through a selection of his phenomenal wines, including rare bottles selected from his library stock—giving us all ample opportunities to put the Silver Sword to use to open them, of course!
Due to the highly exclusive nature of this dinner, tickets are limited to four per booking. Grab them here before they are all gone!

Getting to Sugrue South Downs
From London Bridge, it’s a regular, direct, 45-minute train to Haywards Heath (we’d recommend the 15:45), then it’s a seven-minute cab* to Bee Tree Vineyard.
Making a weekend of it
We’ll be staying nearby overnight, and will probably go to another nearby winery the day after. We’ll be writing to all attendees with details, in case you want to coördinate travel and/or join us on this excursion!
