This legendary night of fun and philanthropy will raise vital funds to support the Charity’s work in reducing reoffending rates through delivering hospitality training in prison\, and support upon release to help graduates find accommodation and full-time employment. \nThe reception kicks off at 6:45 p.m. with sparkling wine and canapĂ©s prepared and cooked by Clink students the Charity’s Herne Hill production kitchen. This will be followed by a delicious five-course meal prepared and served by the hotel team alongside The Clink’s chef trainers\, with bread and petits fours from the Clink Bakery at HMP Brixton.
